PCBA Engineering Manager

Full-time

Successful applicants will be skilled in the design and manufacture of PCB’s and PCB Assemblies, and will produce and maintain the PCBA manufacturing pack for 3rd party PCBA suppliers to enable them to produce a high standard of product for Invertek Drives.

Skills required as follows

Facilities Manager

Full-time

The role is to ensure the company’s Welshpool facilities are fit for purpose & kept in a picture perfect condition at all times. You will be responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving systems, services, plant and equipment to meet ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 standards, health & safety legislation, industry standards and production requirements.

Working hours: 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday

Start date: Immediately

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Adherence to legislative and statutory maintenance.
  • Identify and deliver safety critical maintenance plans on time.
  • Manage direct reports to keep the sites in picture perfect condition.
  • Contractor management.
  • Manage issues to mitigate risk and ensure safe and fully functioning buildings and services.
  • To undertake regular scheduled facilities audits, ensuring services agreed are in line with specified contract and that any issues identified are raised and logged for completion in a timely manner.
  • Provide support, guidance and management of employees in line with relevant company policies, legislation and codes of practice.
  • Regularly providing progress reports and updates to the Logistics Manager.
  • Continuous improvement culture.
  • Develop team spirit and assist other staff to fulfil their roles.

Ideal requirements, but not essential:

  • Previous facilities management experience.
  • Ability to make operational and service decisions which will impact the business.
  • Working knowledge of industry best practice and compliance legislation.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Results focused with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office.

Housekeeper

Full-time

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, team player who works well on their own initiative to join our housekeeping team.

Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, emptying, sweeping, wiping down, cleaning toilet and public areas. You will be carrying out deep cleans, using a scrubber dryer, buffing machines and carpet cleaners, and any other duties that may be required, as per the needs of the business.

Shifts: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm rotating weekly

Invertek Drives is seeking to appoint a Product Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of its product range. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Product Management and will play a key role in helping to grow the product portfolio to support the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

Working as part of the Sales & Marketing team the role will involve:

  • Managing the technical and commercial aspects of a product range or ranges
  • Producing product specification documentation, and working with customers to agree the content
  • Managing the project through to final production, ensuring that the final product matches the intended spec
  • Presenting to both commercial and technically biased audiences the features and benefits

Skills and experience:

  • Repair of AC drives to component level and retest to ensure full functionality.
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve Service related issues.

  • Repair data entry.
